| Detalhe | : | The founding of the civil construction company Ciampolini & Ribeiro in 1954 is the beginning of the history of Indusval Bank. In 1967, to diversify business, the partners began to operate on the financial market and in 1972 acquired Indusval S.A. Brokerage House, whose performance made it a success on the Stock Exchange and the Brazilian Mercantile and Futures Exchange (BM&F), gaining the confidence and respect of the market. In 1991, this course of action led to the opening of the Indusval Bank, controlled by the Ciampolini and Ribeiro families. Their 20 years of experience in the stock market with a team specialized in the banking market served as a base for the operation. | |
